Hi Rex, hope you have a great trip to Spain have a top time. Imho best way to carry the Gunting is in a sheath I carry mine every day like that and don't even notice it is there most of the time. It's very easy to wear something light and most people won't even know it is there. I 'm sure you've hea...

Hi CKE on the the live blade and the Crmipt the outside edges(ramp and horn)are quite sharp. You sure wouldn't want to be on the wrong end of them but the Gunting is very comfortable in your hand for the vast majority. I think since Ive been reading the forums here and syderco on bladeforums Ive onl...

Hi CKE the Gunting is most definitely a very cool tool ! Yes I am one of the converted. The best way to carry a Gunting is in a sheath which u can get from Frank at Skunkworks. I carry a Gunting everyday usually the Crmipt or the drone hardly even notice it's there

Very cool Martin, I like it a lot! Think u would have to be careful to check u had ur drone and not ur rescue on the training floor. Would it come in orange or could it come in yellow? Just an idea would help those of us (me) with a little colour perception difficulties

Thanks Impyboy for ur help seems to be the same as in the UK. So thing is, don't carry it for self defence only, have a reasonable reason ready for carrying a small folder with u at all times. I would also humbly suggest that u get some training but not just in empty hand. Either something blade spe...

Hiya Impyboy Thanks for your response. The reason I ask is that I'm one of Bram's instructors and will be starting up a club/school in Oz, so the information is helpful. Any idea where I can find the relevant legislation about the carrying of knives and other "tools", specifically blade le...

Hiya Impyboy Why is the Endura illeagal in Sydney ? What I mean is what law makes it illeagal ? Is it because your carrying it purely for self defence and no other purpose ? I moving back to the Central Coast from the UK after 12 years the information would be helpful. Thanks in advance Steve Edited...

Gunting Drone used in real

Just wanted to let everyone know that one of my students successfully used the Gunting drone to protect himself and others. Bo was travelling home from training on the train when 4 BG's decided to steal a mobile phone from a fellow passenger. As Bo went to assist the gentleman, one of our "hero...

I recently changed my EDC from the Delica to the Gunting drone still also waiting for the CRMIPT (not long now). It is an awesome self-defence weapon in its own right, as any one who has been on the end of one will know. If in doubt go to one of Bram's seminars or visit one of his instructors. It's ...
