Tip#7 You may want to prop a mirror up behind the unit so you can see the reflection of the knife as it moves. You may find it helps you to see if you are really holding the knife straight. It really is virtually idiot-proof if I am able to obtain great edges on 90% of my knives. I thought I was do...

I've noticed too that even in photos sometimes the logo on the Tenacious clip shows up and sometimes it doesn't. It's very odd. I scanned it 3 times at different resolution levels, same result each time. Maybe it has to do with the fact that the logo on the Millie is engraved, and on the Tenacious ...

I read in another post where someone had mentioned it seemed like a "mini" Millie to them, so when I picked a Tenacious up yesterday, I thought I would scan them side by side so everyone could make their own decision about it. I purposely left them original size so you could see the detail...

+1 to what Mastiff and Yab said. I have both the BG and th S30V, and they both have their place. Incredible slicers and pushcutters, and I too am amazed at the ease at which BG 42 sharpens, and I do use ceramics, plus a strop if it's going to be cutting steak :D . I will be getting the S90V in a few...

What is your preference in sharpening your Spydies? When I started buying quality knives (approx 1 year and 34 knives ago), I asked the owner of the knife store if he knew any good knife sharpeners locally. He gave me a name and an address, and a few months later I went to get 3 knives sharpened. W...

I only have 11, but I tend to be selective about what I get. I will only buy knives that I'm sure I will use in my EDC rotation. Also I have only been collecting for a little less than a year. I'm sure other people will post here that have far more Spydies than you or me. Delica Wave VG-10 Endura: 1...
