BenchCrafted magnetic knife holder

This is basically a piece of wood that is magnetic and knifes, flashlights, etc. are repelled to them and holds them. I was wondering if anyone else has one of these, and if they do, do they have their knifes with the blade out on them, or do they hold them folded on the piece of wood? I am worrying ...

I just got mine, and let me say, it is above and beyond what I expected! This thing is wicked slick with the carbon fiber and wont scratch up so easy like other carbon fiber handles! It also have a very similar look to it as my native III/native I and the new flag grind blade on the sage is probably...

LowTEC wrote:I'm planning to purchase a SE blade solely for cutting zip ties, can you explain a little bit on how a FG SE works better than hollow SE with zip tie?

Its thinner and easier to get under and the combo of sharpness and SE makes it VERY easy to take them out.

They work good, especially for something like bread slicing or food prep like cutting steaks. They also work quite better then hollow for cuting zip ties. I actually have a new caly 3 SE for sale because I have to unload one of the couple that I have after the new Sage Purchase!

Thickness of Tasman Salt?

I carry my knife usually at work in my backpocket. Like the endura or delica I want a thin knife that I wont notice back there and was looking at the Tasman SE for some work duty which is mostly cutting up boxes and zipties. Compared to the endura, is it as thin? Any help or pics would be appreciate...
