I've never loved bolsters myself, but I'd still probably buy it. I like the clean look of bolsterless CF.

I believe the largest difference between the Seki and Golden made ones is the possible choices in steel. Apparently G10 texturing and serrations can also differ.

To be entirely honest, I've never used one of his knives. I'd like a wharncliffe booger, but they were never in stock. I was speaking solely from experience with his edge-less tools.
