It has landed in Sydney but I have NFI why Customs are inspecting both my FG UKPK and the JBP Kopa. Neither of them look dangerous. Unless they deem the jiggy bone to be of a natural material that requires fumigation ???

How often are you guys using the 30 degree back bevel option on the sharp maker?
Is there a general rule of thumb on how regularly the bevel should be attended to in between straight edge sharpening.
