I'll be 24 in a little less than two weeks and I think my birthday will be good cause for adding another spydie to my collection.

I don't think that the name of the knife is really going to affect a trial one way or the other. If you are a prosecutor and the defendant allegedly used a "Military" knife, then maybe you will bring this to the attention of the jury. However, if you are a prosecutor and the defendant used...

I just wanted to complement everybody on the pictures - they are all beautiful.

Ted - is that panoramic taken with a normal camera, or a digital camera? It's a great picture.

Thanks for the help everybody! I'm sorry to dissapoint, but his name is now Oliver. My non-spydie friends didn't understand some of the other names that I was tossing out as suggestions (as in the ones that have been suggested here), but maybe Sal or Eric will design a new knife with my puppy's name...

Any suggestions for a name? We have some ideas, but the more choices the better?

Both the new forum and the website are great! In terms of the website itself, I think the best improvement is the better quality pictures that are now available for all of the products. I did just sign on and haven't had time to play with everything though. Overall, it looks great and the new forum ...

I concur with the rest of the spyderco-forum-family. I myself have been gone for a little while now and it's sad to come back and see that such a wonderful contributor has gone missing. I hope all is well and I hope you return some time soon.

That's a great story. I'm glad to hear that Yoko was safe in the end. A happy ending is always a good ending.

How's the knife?

I saw a full size Dyad the other day in Paragon Sports. It was much larger than I imagined it would be. I was surprised to see it in this store because I thought they only got the newer models in stock.

Anyway, that wasn't much of a help as to why it is rare these days. Sorry!
