Re: The Delica Wharncliffe is the greatest work knife ever made.

I think it is the best. I’m still beating on my first one with VG-10. Never fails me. Doesn’t matter the grip. It just works.

Re: Striving For a Healthy Long Life

Become a vegan. Either you take the time for health, or you will take the time for sickness. Good for you, the world, and all the innocent, tortured animals. Probably not making any friends with my comments, but I’m 100 % serious. I’ve been vegan for 3 1/2 years now. I love it. Food even tastes bett...

Re: Well used Delica wharnie

Really?! Man, that's good to "hear"! Thought I was pretty much alone in finding that the kicker/ricasso actually is better than most dedicated finger choils! That ricasso is perfectly suited for choking up on it (actually also perfectly safe for me), gives me more control than most dedica...

Re: Well used Delica wharnie

The Wharnie version of the Delica is my favorite and the only one I have multiple examples of. Thanks for your efforts in bringing this fantastic knife to fruition. I am curious Jazz if you've had a chance to try the Rockjumper and compared contrasted the two designs. Seems like the Rockjumper is a...

Re: Well used Delica wharnie

I love the Jazzlica in all it's forms. From my first burnt orange Hap40 Sprint (now with Ti scales), to my latest K390 version (handle swaped with my teal S30V version), and it's smaller spin-offs; Wharnfly, and Wharnbug. Even in its smallest form it glides through boxes with authority. https://i.i...

Why is there not a production orange FRN & vg10 delica wharncliffe?
Extremely suitable for this as a work knife. If I set it down, I can find it easily, unless it’s in a big box of oranges. ;)

Here are some closed pics. There is still lots of room for sharpening - still well inside the handle.

Re: Well used Delica wharnie

I do have a few versions of it, including the H1 Salt SE (my garden and yard knife) and a SE VG-10. The serrations on it are shallow, and it cuts very well. Still have the prototype, but rarely use it. The reason I still love it and use it every day is because it just works, and works well.

Well used Delica wharnie

Just have to say, I’ve been using this knife hard since they came out - this same one. It’s VG-10. I cut tons of cardboard and open all manner of restaurant things, cut banding, etc. I steel it backwards, like stropping, when it needs it, and it doesn’t need sharpening as often as you’d think. Also,...

Re: Dragonfly warnie for box cutter

I have been using the same wharnie Delica VG 10 since they first came out every day at work cutting tons of boxes. Nothing beats it, and VG 10 is awesome. Really, I still love this knife, and don’t want any other for work. It can’t be beat. I’m thinking do doing a long term use vid for it, but I’m n...

Re: Any Vegans Around?

That fake meat is highly processed. I won’t eat it. I’m whole foods plant based. The brownies I just made for my wife’s birthday are mostly black beans, cocoa, and dates. Some avocado in the frosting. So good. Just made some vanilla cream to go with it. Raw cashews, almond milk, vanilla, and dates.

Jazz, I respect your opinion on most things, and I am sure you will be able to quantify- I thought soy was kryptonite to testosterone in men? Like leads to gyno and low drive bad? Is this not true? I appreciate the fact that you mention performance, as I too workout close to 10 hours per week Soy c...

Re: Any Vegans Around?

I noticed the oat milk around here has oil added. Not healthy, so I've never tried it. I eat healthy fats with hemp seeds, flax, nuts, avocados, etc. I like soy milk because it goes well with tea. I need it with my tea, or it upsets my stomach. Also, it just tastes good in things like oatmeal, dress...

Re: Any Vegans Around?

I’ve been vegan for 2 years. Nothing but good things to say about it, and I really respect other vegans. This planet’s love for meat is ruining it. Absolute proven fact. Tons of proof. Don’t even ask me. You can find it. I started because it’s way healthier for you. If you’re tired, or lacking, you’...
