Replacement clips???

Can I order a replacement pocket clip direct from Spyderco? I removed mine from my Starmate several months ago to carry it in a sheath, but I lost the clip.

I agree with ET. Knives made in Mars are sloppy, just like the ones on Tatooine.

Who is Sal you ask? Sal is the Master. He is the Chief, El Jefe, Our Guru. He is the one who saved us from carrying our knives in the bottom of our pockets. He is Father Spyderco. Without Sal, we would not have poket clips or the hole in the blade. Without Sal, we would not have serrated pocket kniv...

rfo1, I agree with Paul. I have a Calypso with micarta handles and noticed the oils from my hand caused the black colour to appear darker in some places than others. I used some oil on the handle (not too much) and it developed a nice dark sheen.

Moose, I think you need to reflect on what happened to you and think of the steps you need to take in order to avoid further trouble. I am very alarmed to see these posts about ways to get around buying a knife if you happen to be under the legal age. It's this type of attitude that will get you in ...

Spyderco stamp on CPM440V blades?

I was recently at a store that had several Spyderco knives in stock and I noticed that on the Native and Military models, the Spyderco name was stamped rather that the usual etch found on other models. The shop owner said it was because of the steel and said it was more cost effective to stamp them....

I agree with you Carson. It would be nice to see Spydies and knives in general, used as essential tools in movies. It's ironic how there are people who are quick to condemn knives as horrible instruments of death, but if they use them in violent films, it's ok because it's art.
