Well, I met this guy named Sal in the Denver County Jail.......;} Anyway, I was thinking the same as you on storing it. Its my hope/plan to attend MBC camp,it all depends on how they schedule my rotations for the comming year, and if that preceptor is OK with it. Really want to do some ASP training,...

Just got my Ronin today and I think that this version is very well done. It truly is a well thought out design that performs rather than looks like it should. Usually this occurs when someone designs a blade that knows how & what it's used for. Again, congrat's on a job well done. The only drawb...

Hey guys, any idea the going rate for one of the old dive probe spyderco's? One on ebay at $80 right now. Just curious as to the usual price range for one. Thanks.

This is a wonderful idea. In my experience, childrens specialty care makes a tremendous difference in the patient outcome. It's for reasons like this that I continue to due business with spyderco.

OUTSTANDING! I'm glad they finally got around to this. I'll be picking up an Endura. Good Job Spyderco. Is the endura missing a David Boye dent? Please tell me they haven't forgot that.

MBC in Columbus

Just wanted to thank you again M.J. for the intstruction at the recent MBC course. I was suprised how a lot of it came back to me. I believe it has a lot to do with the design of the course and the common sense approach you take in presenting it. Really enjoyed all the knife discussion during the br...

Question of strength

A friend and I were remarking on how the lock on the endura is deceptively strong when you look at the overall package. I had mentioned that it had been tested as quite strong at Spyderco which brought up the thought. What of lateral forces? How much stronger are the lined versions to horizontal str...

I'd like a slightly beefed up version, MBC grade lock, etc.. Maybe liners or partial liner(s). The endura fits my hand well, and since they already make a trainer seems like a good move.

What a great idea for future advertising. Of course we now see the other side of some of our fellow forumites....
I read a ton but three could be:
1. Rodales Scuba Diving
2. Car and Driver
3. American Handgunner

Thanks for the great contest (as long as Ryan doesn't win)...;}

The idea of a special patriotic theme knife is a good one in light of 9-11-01. What better than red/white/blue or a US flag. Contrary to ideas from elsewhere, its a symbol of true freedom and hope. It's hard to understand if you don't have it. I say go for it spyderco. If done right many would want ...

My pick would be the Endura with a green handle/black blade combo. I think the advantage to this would be the appeal to those outside the forum as well. It would be a practicle piece. Please no fancy decorations, simple etching of the meaning would be enough. The endura is truly the standard of spyd...

I can relate to your story. Three months ago got three stitches from a delica, first knife cut in a long while. Well I thought, if u play with fire long enough you'll get burned. Got a new harpy at SFO last week, and I got myself again. Not bad but spyder bites do bleed. Great stuff these spyder bla...

Bram, That would truely be a great seminar. I think there would be a lot of synergy combining the two. My worry would be the cost of combining the two. But I have an idea. Since M.Janich has fired the first shot of discounted training you guys could come up with a sweet deal. Sort of like when the a...
