I really loathe blade HQ. Yesterday that Paysan bundle was less and today they raised the price- probably because it was selling well. They do things like this all the time, just makes them seem greedy.

Yep, we just got them and they are cool! Just so everyone knows we expected that they would be flat-ground but they are not. The knife is actually hollow ground.

Nope that's not a mistake. The blade length is 3.5" and the overall length is 8.1". The glass fiber is heavier than you might expect. It's not as light as a carbon fiber knife would be. It's 4.3 oz. Which of course is also heavier than a Paramilitary.

We received the R Nishijin today and I thought that I would share the video with those of you that wanted to see it.

Deacon: I agree, when I first saw the specs on the knife I wondered why the "ironwood" was so yellow. These knives are much darker.

We just got these in. The ironwood is a different color than I first anticipated, it's darker and more red. I like it better in person than I thought I would based on the first pictures I saw.
