Wow, I am totally blown away by the responses here! Gotta say that looks amazing...seriously good work. I like all the attention to detail that you have done, getting that spine and spring to be such a good match all the way down and the work on the G10 is excellent. Once I get a Pingo I would love to have someone do that to it for me. Though...not ...

You guys are crazy lol. If it were technique wouldn't it be on both sides? This isn't like a Sharpmaker where your stroke could be biased to one side or something like that...i hold the stone in one hand and the knife/clamp in the other and flip it over to do the other side...both sides get hit wit...
