I just had the spring on my FG UKPK snap in the exact same spot not 10 minutes ago, I just bought it this last Tuesday so I have only used it a little and only to open up some mail. I am pretty bummed but i know Spyderco will take care of this.

I just received my ZDP Lum today and it has many of the same problems and a few more. It has a bunch of splotches from the almite and the liners, plus the locking liner just barely engages and the locking face is very roughly cut. It is also has an extremely gritty opening even after it was lubed an...

I am not a big Cold Steel fan but I do think that these are very good knives but a bit overpriced. I have handled all of them but the scimitar shaped one and the small wharncliffe. The all had flawless fit and finish and were extremely sharp especially the tanto folder. The liner locks on them were ...

I was disappointed with the cricket and the Tenacious. the cricket's handle was just way to thin for me and the jimping, thin G-10 scales and liners ruined the Tenacious for me which I had high hopes for.

I'm not positive but i think the Tarani uses ATS-34 instead of the 420HC that the 889 uses.
