Shane Taylor's private collection reminds me of his work, but the guy I am thinking of has just as much detail but they are typically not graphic images on the blades
and definitely come *** as more usable (if you want them to be) then Taylor's knives

Someone has to know who I am speaking of, perhaps someone can provide me with a knife makers/custom knife builders name list and maybe a name will jump out at me?
Again the site was very demonic, lots of skulls and darkness. The knives were beautiful!

Thats awesome. Lets see a photo so we know what a used 7 year old G-10 Caly 3 looks like! I only have my crappy blackberry to take blurry (BIG) pics with, sorry! http://imageshack.com/a/img823/7092/4xuf.jpg http://imageshack.com/a/img534/1976/gjg0.jpg http://imageshack.com/a/img812/5475/l1uo.jpg

An extra .5 inch? Sure why not... I have the Caly 3 in front of me as we speak (3 inch). I have owned this knife since 2007 I believe. It was my first pocket knife and have been my EDC since the second I picked her up. I know its not a 3.5 but I am just letting others know my experience. I have boug...

Cant remember knife company!

Hey guys, I am trying to recall a knife company or should I say custom knife designer who made primarly folders from what I remember. They were very expensive (cheapest I remember one being was ~800+. The average was 1-4 thousand. Anyway, I have searched google for the past 2 days and cannot remembe...

Huh? By this reasoning, a Tenacious [China] or a Stretch [Japan] isn't worth or appropriate for carrying. No, being that my caly 3 was not made in America, clearly that isn't my reasoning ;) I just want my next knife to be made in the USA. It's between a native 5 G10 or the para military 2 PE G10 s...

ya, I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to get yet .. But after not carrying for a few months I am getting knife depressed! If I do get another spyderco, I really think I want to get one made in the USA considering how much I carry and use it!

also, a big difference from a urban and dragonfly is the wire clip for me, most likely if we are carrying a 2.5" blade we rather peope NOT notice were carrying a knife at all, which is why i love the wire clip on the caly3/urban

I saw the orange Urban today and almost said it was perfect until I saw there was no lock. It would be the perfect EDC for me if it just had some sort of lock. Even a compression lock would be fine. I 110% agree! spyderco needs more 2.5in blades for those of us who live in not so "knife friend...

Anyone see "DEA" on tv the other night?

record meth seizure in NJ, worth 11 million bucks. It was actually crystal meth, the most potent kind which is not even in the area.

Anyway the DEA agent who cut open the first sack of drugs used a SS (se)harpy. Thought this was pretty cool! :p :spyder:

Why no mini versions?

for example, the caly 3 in a smaller version? or something "not so noticeable" for carrying on campus, or for carrying at those certain locations where you dont want people to really see thjat you have a knife, HOWEVER, still big enough to perform any EDC task and strong. I understand that...

What spyderco do you regret selling?

I've searched, and only saw "what do you regret not buying" and "what do you regret buying" well what do you regret GETTING RID OF? I've owned a lot of spyderco's, but the one that I really regret selling was the CF harpy. The blade was just so cool but it was so pretty that I ra...
