A rolling boil is enough. If it boils good, it is okey to drink. You don't need 10 minutes.

I have a katadyn too, but only for emergency use, so never used it before.

Yep, I had a Mili for 5 years now, of which about 2 years constant EDC. But then again, I carry fixed blades too, and almost always a Chinook, Mili or Police... :D I carry a smaller knife (Small Sebenza) to cut an apple or something.

I have knives worth more then 5 dodos, and they are all just in a closet. Put some oil on it, play with it, put it back. What's t...

I did search the Internet back then to see if someone else had a problem, and couldn't find a single one. So I guess if you ad the Youtube clip that makes two failing o...

We got this one after my dad saw the Hannibal movie and came highly excited to me he saw a Spydie in it. After he made a drawing I recognized the Harpy, and got my local knife shop to order this for me. Great looking piece, very mean. Paired together with one of my favorite rockbands: http://i207.ph...

Smaller? Nope, not for me. Chinook, Military, Police SE, I always carry at least one big knife. Have you ever tried to cut up an apple with a cricket? Or make some shavings for a fire? That's were the bigguns come in :D
