Re: VTOKU Sprint Run

So I got a Delica with the V-Toku2 / SUS410 blade today. Upon examination I found the engraving on the clip side different to the one on my Endura. It looks like it someone tried the laser the first time the "S" and the "C" are not bows, but look like a little wiggly. The two &qu...

Re: Spyderco ParaMilitary 2 Brown now available if you missed out

Ahh, I see. Thanks for the answers.
Yes there is something strange - fascinating in this color.
Reminds me of military service, long ago.
We had green trousers and sometimes you got a brown one.
Made you some kind of "outstanding". ;)

You can use B. to clean brass, but for storage I made some dissapointing experience. I coated a large knife made of Carbon V with a brass guard with B. A year later - the blade was fine, but the guard looked green. Since then I use Vaseline for brass guards. As for the phoshor bronze washers: I woul...

Hi, I like Ballistol and made good experience with it. Food save, long-term-storage, multi functional (although I've not heard about the oral treatment). You can use it an most materials (metals and synthetics). When you use it, please keep in mind, that B. was developed as a gun (cleaning) oil and ...

Great pics so far.
I like the one with the GLOCK tool.
Even cooler is the red one with plain edge.

Great pixs - thank you.
I like the possibility to put the forefinger near the blade.
The way it is done on this knife doesn't take up too much room as on some others.

I got good results in those plastic bags inside the cardboard-boxes.
I keep most of mine with Balistol. I know not everybody likes this stuff.
Since it's a stainless steel, rust should be no problem in most climates.
hope this helps.

For me also Ballistol. I use it for my EDC (C55 Starmate) and for storing fine knives.
You only have to be carefull if there is brass involved.
all the best
