Vess, I purchased two older unused in the original Spyderco box Spyderco display cases about a year ago on ebay from "knife-yenta", I paid about $90.00 each with s&h. I believe he has a store in NY and he is always selling knives on ebay. You might want to contact him and see if he has anything.

For those of you interested in the Q knives on Ebay, I talked with Sal at the New York Knife Show and he told me they had found about 100 Spyder Q blades in the warehouse. His son Eric is putting together the sets of five knives with different colored handles for a starting bid of $275.

When and where is the New York Knife Show?

"Q" spyder

I purchased the knife you have several years ago at a sporting goods store, on sale, for $25.00. I believe the retail price was $36.00. On eBay the "Q" knife, new in the box with the paperwork is a very hot item. The bidding range for a "Q" seems to be $50 to $100 depending on the design on the ...

I believe the knife you're referring to is one of a series called the "Q" knife. They were produced for several years in many different patterns (flag, fish, spyder)but they have been discontinued. Sal should be able to give you more information about the knife.
