Re: What did you use your Spyderco for last?

Last time I picked up one of my many Spyderco knives, it was an FRN Endura, and the clip had come slightly loose in my pocket. I'm very detailed and meticulous with precision things like torx 6 screws, but a small turn on a screw, and it stripped. So, I tried swapping scales from an another endura m...

Re: Why does Spyderco pin certain knives?

If you don't like pinned construction, try an Endura, Delica or Police :spyder: in SS....those are slim, easy and highly comfortable to carry. I can't imagine them with screws. Still have my E2 I lost in Afghanistan, but found two years later. It's got some wear, and a little play, but it's still fi...

It's only been out a number of months, not even a year at this point. I would guess new CQI is probably a ways off....
I'm just glad it made it. Nice size knife. ;)

Years after it was released I bought a BNIB C36GTIP...most $$$ I've ever paid for a :spyder: .
Just about killed me
But I've passed on a few others as well, and regret those.
Not sure what's worse...

Re: Spyderco military 2

Agreed on S35VN entry level, and a stronger tip. Four way clip, and I would be happy with a compression lock. 4-4.5 oz, and 4".
Different steels down the road on sprints, of course. LC200N?h

Plain old food safe mineral oil here...always just clean with dish soap. Not the highest tech, but the safest for any food prep.
