If it's too much like a Strider then why not just buy a Strider?
As for the nightmare grind. I have a MSC NM and it's not the most practical grind

Military D2
I've never liked the Military enough to give it a second glance even though my favourite is the PM2. I even passed on a cheap cruwear one recently. Now it just so happens that I have a D2 sprint user on the way. I'm secretly hoping to be impressed :)

Southard lanyard hole, tube or no tube?
I have two Southard flippers, one with tubing in the lanyard hole and one without. I've browsed the web and it seems that some have the tube and some don't. Was there a change in production or have some people removed it (the previous owner to mine included)?

Lots of great feedback and ideas to try out! :D For longer runs I usually wear a pack and tend to have a knife in it, but I like the idea of wearing a knife on my person for easy access. I'm going for an easy five mile jog now so I'll try the Para 2 clipped to my tights. Got a pre-owned one yesterda...

Running with a knife
Which knife do you carry while running and how do you carry it? I carry a Ladybug Hawkbill Salt in a pocket when I runt, but I would like to carry a larger knife during my runs. I haven't found a good way to carry one without excessive bouncing or chafing though. I usually run between 45 min and 2 h...

Stiff Southard
One of my Southards is much less smooth than my other one, so much so that it needs a firm wrist motion for it to flip open. I've cleaned it with water and a mild detergent, as per the instructions. I've lubricated it with Sentry Tuf-Glide, and since it didn't help I took it apart side by side my ot...

Southard edges
I have different angles on my Southards and am still deciding which I prefer. Certainly, the thin one cuts much better but it sacrifices strength and with the thick blade stock it feels a little bit like trying to make an apple out of an orange. What are your thoughts on the Southard blade and edge?...
