The Military is one of the best knives on the market hands down IMO and my favorite Spyderco. :spyder:
I totally agree with you.
I collect and use also other brands as the one with the butterfly.
But still the millie is one of my favorite users and EDC's.
Great ergonomics and lots of blade steel ...

My box says ID and, like yours, mine lacks the external screw. My guess would be that the version Wouter has is the earlier of the two. But unless and until he, or someone else with one like that chimes in with a "birth date", that's just speculation. Can't help beyond that, still trying to figure ...
