Since I just received my Dan Koster Bushcraft blade in 3V, and I know how awesome the steel is in small and large blades alike, That would be my first choice. Here are my choices in order,

1. CPM-3V
2. CPM-10V
3. H13 (for extreme toughness)

I have a Swick in my pocket right now.
They carry really well don't they? What a great little EDC.

I can't imagine why this one hasn't caught on more. When it is gone, people will realize what they were missing.

Looks **** solid and sharp, and it most certainly is.
Yup, it is probably the sharpest factory edge I have ever felt. Good stuff.

Yes Sir, you are the one that I purchased it from. Thanks for the great deal!

Spyderco Swick with pics!

I just received this Spyderco Swick from JD Spydo in a recent transaction. I have wanted one for awhile, and it does not dissapoint. Really sweet little blade. Fits my hand perfectly in forward or reverse grip and carries really well with a teck lok attached to the sheath. Anyone on the fence about ...

Fred Perrin Bowie FB04 with pics!

I recently purchased this Spyderco Fred Perrin Bowie. I have been looking for one for awhile and finally found one for a great price. I wish I would have snagged a few while they were in production. This is one really cool blade. I love the deep choil and the control it gives you in the hand. It is ...

Great pics man. It definitely does show the grippier texture. My Ayoob has the silkier handles, although I still don't have too much trouble gripping it or drawing it quickly. The leather makes a fine background for a great knife. Are you going to use it? Not sure if it will cut anything more than the occasional box, but it will be carried quite often as a backup SD piece. I have been carrying it for the past couple of days and it is so slim and light, that it just works...

[quote="JD Spydo"]The Massad Ayoob did indeed get a bum rap when it was still in the line up. It has been a great favorite of mine since I bought my first one and checked it out first hand. That knife is an ergonomic piece of genius. I have both the PE & SE models. I use the SE quite o...

Spyderco Massad Ayoob

Finally snagged an Ayoob. I have wanted one of these for awhile. I really like it. Very slim in the pocket and feels great in the hand. Awesome fit and finish as well. Wish Spyderco would do a sprint run of these blades in the future. Here are some pics. :D http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d156/lef...

First post, Endura 4 Wave pics

Hey all, first post over here. I usually frequent Bladeforums. Just got this in the mail two days ago. Awesome blade for the money ($53 from New Graham). Very sharp out of the box too, like almost every Spyderco that I own.The wave actually deploys more consistently than my Emerson CQC-7 wave. Seems...
