I am very sorry to disappoint the conspiracy theorists of the knife world. But I have not moved my operation north to the city of Arlington, TX and hung the SpydieGuys shingle. In the years I was on eBay, I have seen more than one seller try and emulate exactly the way I did things. In August I info...

... but for one thing I have that particular dealer on my "exclude from search" list, and for another, if I saw a Paramilitary laying on the ground I don't know if I'd even bother to bend down to pick it up. That actually works for me right now because I am out of stock on all jigged-bone...

it does come on all PPT's, and even though the deep-pocket clip has jimping near the top of the clip, the lanyard does help with deployment speed.

Jess, I am confused. You are authorized dealer and you do not know? Probably some secret knife :) No, I don't know what knife was given the C135 sku. I have nothing official or published by Spyderco that states what C135 is going to be. The number itself suggests it's been on the drawing board a lo...

Ooops, C136 is Persistence, not C135, my bad!!!! Confirm, yourcornerstore has C135GP as Perrin PPT. It was really hot and I was installing a window A/C unit and not clear headed when I wrote Persistence. No, it wasn't the heat, you originally saw it correctly. I edited the thread from 136 to 135 af...

If you check out Spydieguys listing on eBay , it looks like the pink is similar to the Native pink. He tends to adjust his pictures to get a pretty accurate white balance, so I'd base my color decisions more off his pictures than the one in this thread, which looks sort of salmon pink. Yeah, defini...

I played with the proto-type @ the Moteng Dealer Show this past weekend in San Diego. Manix 2 Black G-10, Black blade S30V, FFG. I was told 4th quarter release. Seemed lighter than the Manix 2 with 154CM. Also seemed like a higher grade of G-10 than the Manix 2 production model, much like the UKPK G...

Your negative feedback is a reflection of how you run your business...not one persons rant. If you have to block 150 people you are doing something wrong. Take care. If you dealt with the public on eBay to the extent I have on eBay in 4 years, you would have that many blocks or more as well. I have...

I've read that resorting to ebay and paypal protections takes time, but doesn't it also work if the knife is materially misrepresented? I recently had an issue with a large seller who has received some negative attention here in the past. As soon as I spotted the issue, (after auction closed but be...

Take the factory clip, strip it, and sand it with a very fine grit paper and then maybe try and polish it smooth. Or.... you can order an ADVENTURA clip, which was the one supplied on that model which had the la...

Isn't eBay's rule the seller has seven days to ship, or have they changed it (been awhile since I sold on there)? Unless Spydieguys claims to ship within X amount of days and haven't, I really don't think they can be faulted for it, again assuming they are within eBay's standards. This was not an e...
