I like the Para 2 with the hour glass clip as is. I hope the clip is sandblasted. I prefer it much over polished or painted. I chemically strip the paint of my knives when I get them. They have that sandblasted finish I like.

My favorite little big knife. Sad that its discontinued.

+ 1 to what VashHash has posted about Spyderco and Kershaw being great American companies. That must be an older Leek, I believe Kershaw has replaced 440 with Sandvik 13C26. They are offering more premium steels.

I also like the look of chemically stripped clips. Its the first thing I usually do to my new knives. The paint on the Millies are tough stuff, they wont budge for me.

The Cento 3 is my favorite ~3" blade pocket knife. It may not have as thick of a blade or dual liners of the D4, but it will definitely hold up as a user.

Dont get any better than this. Im a pack junkie, Have had tons of packs and bags. This is it! Solid, comfortable, can take anything I throw at it. Mine goes everywhere, probably gonna get a second soon.

I'd go with G-10 if the KnifeWorks Millie is unavailable. The liner lock on the Millie is still good stuff.

Digi camo is my favorite Millie handle variation. I prefer the leaf blade on the UKPK. The ZDP-189/CF Caly 3 is the only one still in production, however you can still find the VG-10/G-10 variations.

Ive had my waved D4 clip bent many times. I just bent it back with pliers. Ive just tried to be more careful and aware.
