I am a long time fan of tactical knives and just sad it is gone. This was a topic on Blade Forums a few months back. I was a subscriber and have not a received a copy in 2 or 3 months. Hey, Greg, loved Fighting Knives and because of your article on Spyderco knives bought my first Spydie a Harpy. And ...

I have all the UKPK models and like them alot. Like may of you I would like a stronger spring in the Lite weight UKPKs. I have become really fond of my Squeak and has beat out my Dragonfly for one of my EDCs. I am amazed how much I like these slip joints. I never thought I would prefer a non locking ...

Deacon summed it up very well on spring strenghts of the FRN and the G10 UKPKs. My G10 are much stronger than the FRN and that it why a noticed the weaker spring in the FRN models. And like I said earlier I have had no problems with the FRN models as the design keeps the knife from folding. I got a ...

BTW, Gullwing this is one knife I can't quit handling and using. I like this knife and it is one of my favorites out of about 50 or 60 spydercos and another 50 or more knives from my collection over the last 50 years. OH Lord I am an old timer now. Anyone who likes a sharp G10 VG10 comp. lock and ...

Yes it is. It will work just fine but it is not near as strong as my G10 models. In fact, I sent my FRN CTS-BD1 to Spyderco because this one in Black was weaker than my earlier Blue and Gray models. Spyderco sent me a note back with it that it met the specs for this model. I have used it and had no ...

I have a Sharpmaker that I love and is great for just about everything except reprofiling an edge. My question what is the difference between the triangular rods on the Sharpmaker and the 701 profile kit? Just looking at Spyderco web site it seemed they were the same type of rods. Thanks for the ...

Dragonfly. This is an amazing knife! I have too many knives to count and this includes about 50 Spydies but the Dragonfly is always carried. This knife cuts way out of proportion for it's size. I have heard the comment that Spyderco make and excels at great small knives and this is very very true ...

New Sage
I would like some comments on the Sage. I just ordered a Blue Bolt Action Sage and am interested in any info. I really do want a Chapparall and since it is not out yet I thought I would try the Sage. I know the Sage is a little bigger but thought I could try out this style of folder and see if like ...
