As mentioned, I doubt if there are any tritium powered watches with an alarm. Frankly, I have never owned a wrist alarm watch that could wake me up ! I owned a few and I could hardly wear it even when I was awake!

Can this be made to look good (almost new) again?? I have stopped using it but a bit too late. Except for the usage wear it is...

I really prefer holding on to the handle only and not touch the blade. Thin as it is, I did round out the handles a bit to be more grippable and not really intended for heavy use, it is still comfortable to grip. This is easiliy adaptable to scale addition if preferred, but I like it the way it is. ...

Yeah, had just finished it and did not tighten the pin. Got it now, though.I thought of countersinking the holes to hide pins a bit, maybe later. Handles are only .060 inches think, though. Blade centers well. Rough brushed finished the handles for now.

I have owned one for years and they are okay.I have the double sided one and wish I had the regular, They do work fine and the built in thick leather sheath is well made and is one piece with the belt itself. Hardly use it but comes in handy when I forget to bring a folder.

I am with dedguy on the size of the mini D. I would think a mini would have less than 3 inches blade and handles no more than 4 inches. i would have wanted that also if it was smaller.
