Re: Next GOLDEN ERA Sprint Run Desired?

I know I mentioned this before but I would love to see an Ed Schempp barong, kukri or kris (or all of them). I'd vote for a kris. I missed it the first time around and it's one of the few knives I kick myself for not picking up. Add a damascus persian to the list while I'm dreaming of sprint runs.

Re: Mystery DLT Exclusive

I probably would have picked one up if it had the dimples. It lacks the character of the original.

Re: Dragonfly vs Lil' Native

I have a few versions of both knives. I tend to lean toward the Dfly. The Chaperall is a bit bigger but might be a better fit for your hands

Wow I came late to the party. This will be my first forum knife I didn't have funds for the last 3. Thank you Sal and crew for doing this. I've been away from the boards for awhile but still lurk occasionally.

Jack Sparrow: The only rules that really matter are these: what a man can do and what a man can't do. For instance, you can accept that your father was a pirate and a good man or you can't. But pirate is in your blood, boy, so you'll have to square with that some day. And me, for example, I can let...

I Mainly lurk these days. Life has gotten busy. I got married and got a "real" job. I haven't seen Java or vampyrewolf post much in ages. I'm just glad The Deacon is around to keep all the youngsters in line.

They look like grind lines to me. Some of mine have them worse than others but not usually that bad.

I have a stretch CE. I don't usually go for CE blades I prefer one or the other, but I found a great deal on the Stretch. Its a great knife and the blade is long enough that both the serrated and plain edge are useful. The handle on the stretch is super comfy.

I was very active for awhile. Then I got a real job and a wife. Now I just mainly lurk. I still carry Spyderco's although my knife taste is tending to go more toward the deacon philosophy of clipless and natural handle materials. I still spread the love of the spydie bug.

More than likely. I ordered 2 caly 3's from them a while ago and got 2 byrds. I returned them but there is definitely something funny going on with their inventory.
