Re: Unicorn Hunting - Wegner C49 w/ Fish?

I did find this - the Wegner Blade Tech Pro Hunter with a Spyderco hole - explains my confusion https://www.arizonacustomknives.com/products/421099/ *** Kristi please feel free to move this thread to off topic ...

Unicorn Hunting - Wegner C49 w/ Fish?

Hello all, I could swear there was a Wegner model ( not Mouse ) with the Christian Fish - I think it's called ICHTHYS ( no idea how to pronounce ) - I thought it was the model C49 w/ G10 Scales. I remember seeing it ( or something like it) in the past and have been trying to find a match for my Mous...

Re: General Forum Knife Question - Serial Numbers?

I am a little embarrassed to say that I have 2 Lava forum knives that I bought new from NGK and the last time I looked at them was the day i received them and they've been in storage ever since. I was going through my collection over the weekend and was confused when I checked them out because they ...

General Forum Knife Question - Serial Numbers?

Hello and belated Happy New Year all

In general do the annual Spyderco forum knives have individual serial numbers?

Is it possible that the factory did this for some years and not others?

TIA

Re: Latest on the Joule?

Hi AUXCOM, Glad to have you back. Thank you very much for your interest in the Joule. The Joule was my first folding knife design, created about eight years ago. To answer your question, I believe the Joule has already found another collaborative home with another knife company. I can’t reveal too ...

Latest on the Joule?

Hello all - I've been absent from these forums for a while. I be bitten again by the spyder during the covid shutdown and have re-kindled my interest. The potential for a Reinhold / Spyderco Joule collab has gotten my attention. I've seen some older posts in 2015 and 2018 but nothing since. Has this...

Missed my flight rather than give up my Spydie!

Hello All, Not sure if anyone remembers me. It has been a while since I've posted. Even then I wasn't a prolific poster, mostly read the posts and commented here and there. First joined here in 2005, participated in the "Tony The Hose" led pen gift for Sal back in 2008 and I've been to Gol...

Hey Tony, I carry my CoPilot every day as a money clip except when I fly now. I got it back in 1988 from a now defunct mall cutlery chain by the name of "Hoffritz" It is quite pocket worn, but there is no side play. It has brass liners and has gone back Golden CO once for a blade tip touch...

Wegner Jr. C49GPS Question

Hello All, Several years since I've posted anything, but I've still been reading and buying spydies! Question - can anyone confirm if Tim made an "Icthus" ( Christian Fish Symbol ) version of the Wegner Jr. C49GPS? I've got a Mouse with one and would love to have a matching set. But before...
