You have managed to collect several rare ones including 5 Guntings. You are no lost newbie. You know how to buy them, but are ...

best way to sell.. (Edited - Taz)

I have a question for the experts out here..

What is the best way to sell my collection? I'm not trying to sell it as a set, because it is obviously not complete.. but I've been going through some tough times right now, and I'm re-evaluating my life, and I need to sell these knives, straighten out ...

Yes this thread question seems random and irrelevant, and seems to just be an excuse to show off some fine CF spydies! :D :) Nice Civies dude...obviously no help here.

haha.. I wish those were mine!!! The LH is from Mr. Paul Beretta's(sp?) webpage!! The second is just a photo I ...

A very random, irrelevant question...

But still, I noticed this and was wondering:

Is there a reason Spyderco made these knives different?? The Left Handed Carbon Fiber Civilian (below) is flush with screws in the handle.

As you can see here.. on the Right Handed model, there is ...

Yeah, I hate ordering from places without a telephone number too. But nowdays a lot of places don't give a telephone number.

Maybe run a search on Bladeforums.com under the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly?

I just checked Bladeforums.com under the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.. I got one experience ...

I have not ordered yet. They have a C52PBRG listed for $81.00 but I have not dealt with these people b4. I have been burned in the past and don't want to be burned again!

Hmm.. that's up to you. I took a look at the website, and it shows they are affiliated with Yahoo. I've never had any problems ...

:spyder: Thanks for the responses. I am not a collector...I like to use the knives I have. But I have thought about buying a couple of very low numbered knives that I've seen on occasion as potential investments. Like you said, a number is just a number, but when it comes to a low :spyder: number I ...

I liked the Manix.. didn't really like the Military though. Just seems to long and thin for my taste. Also, like the stretch. Don't really like the Kraton inlays.. they tend to snag the pocket when clipping and un-clipping. Manix.. definitely a great knife. I need to get a new one.

From what I've heard.. the numbers are for those in the collectors club. I could be wrong, but that's what I've come to understand. A lower number is great if you're going to collect. However, If I had a choice of a CF Walker #150 @ $600 and a CF Walker #1500 @ $300 I would go with that latter. At ...

Experimental Walker.. although I don't own one, and doubt I'll be able to FIND one.. I guess that'd be my "Holy Grail".. why, I'm not sure.. it's just a lovely knife. I'll haunt ebay until I get one.. even if I have to pay $200. Maybe one day... *sigh* :(
