hi guys, thanks for the kind words, i'm still around, making knives full time, i did sell most of my spydies but spyderco had a big part in getting me into knife making, and i'm still a big fan.

on a side not, one my friction folders just won the best folding knife of the solingen knife makers show ...

Hello everyone,

a good customer of mine asked me to make a custom ironwood handle for his spyderco tuff, i normally don't do custom work on knives that are not made by me but he is a great guy and a good customer,
i ended up having alot of fun making it.

i also rounded the corners of the Ti liner ...

balde: CPM D2 3.7mm thick, 59-61 HRC
handle: orange G-10 with black spacer and stainless tube pins
overall length: 19cm
orange/black kydex sheath with a belt loop/clip, left/right carry.

yes, 99% of my knives a CPM D2, but i also use O1, regular D2

i have alot of folder designs waiting to be made, i started with fixed blades because thats what you do when you start making knives, but folders is the dream, and my next goal is making liner locks.

on the second pic it's not a hamon, it's a stainless and CPM D2 san-mai, and on the seventh pic it's a hamon on F3 ...

it's been a few years since i last posted anything and i felt like i owe you guys an update since this place was a home for me for many years, and spyderco is what started my knife addiction.

so it's been years since i bought my last knife and i did sell a big part of my collection ...
