You recognized that Warstein isn't located in the US? He is in the middle of Europe and here we could only dream from your level of prices.

I like how they put their logo on the tang instead of huge and across the side of the blade. Very tasteful.

Mr. Glesser's full name can also be read on Spydiewiki. I have forgotten for how many years, but it seems to me that not enough people are reading there.

Re: I don't like santokus and serrations !

Speed comes from necessity and just doing it a lot. Thanks for your impressive video Jazz, I clearly see the difference between you and me - professional versus homemade cooking. You are right, I never could do these jobs in same speed with my Santoku, but my advantage is I'm not in a hurry and do ...

I find Santokus are very useful, as in fact it's the most used blade in my kitchen, used for 90% of all tasks! I'm vegetarian, maybe that makes ...

Re: Knives that dominate your pockets over Spydercos?

In the last months various Vics dominated in my pocket, as they have a good all-purpose use. Unfortunately the blade steel isn't the best choice. :( During the last weeks more and more Opinels (no. 8 + 9, inox and carbon blades) find their way in my pocket, as I enjoy a lot thin blades for cutting t...
