I carry my cricket and native IWB. When I play hocky I don't bother to take them out. All you have to do is rinse it in water maybe at night and it should be fine. But one time I forgot to wash it off one night after hocky :rolleyes: but only the VG-10 cricket got a little bit of rust the next day o...

Glad you you got in! :eek: :) I've had a couple of times where I had to use my native like that ,but most of the time I don't go climing through windows at the top of my house... :rolleyes: :D

I use the spyder drop with my Cricket ,but with the other knives i just use the norm'.

I prefer SS myself :) . I like the added heft and with the way Spyderco designes their knives they aren't likely to slide out of your hand :rolleyes: .



I really should start saving up for that adventura and lava !

They are both great knives(of course :rolleyes: )but the main diference is that the Meerkat has alot thicker handles and is a bit longer too but the blades are almost the same. The diference with the blades is that the curves on the Cricket's blade is a little more pronounced then the Meerkat.

Welcome to the forums sublime422! :) I also just got my first byrd knife,a meadowlark. The byrd knives have to be the most knife you can get for the money.

It's a great little knife isn't it. Between my cricket and native I can take care of just about anything. :p

Ah man, I missed the pictures. But like the others said it might not be as far feched as you think to put a knife into production.
