Housefire

I had a housefire on 12/28/2005. It looks like Ive lost my best knives. I had three spyderco's, a blackblade military which seems to have made it through the best, an endura SS, and a delica. So it looks like ill have to start all over. I also had about ten guns that are all ruined. The two Glocks ...

What movies TV shows have you seen spydercos in?

I always like seeing them in movies or TV, especially if it is a knife I have. I have seen a civilian in The Punisher, and a delica CE in CSI. There are a couple of others that I cant remember at the time. I was wondering what you guys have seen them in after reading the thread about Desperate ...

next spyderco

Well I have really wanted a Civilian, but they changed the rules where I work and you cant have a knife longer than 2 inches so I have been looking for something 2 inches to buy.

Wally-World

I live on the North Carolina/South Carolina line and I have never seen a spyderco at Wal-Mart. A lot of gun and hunting shops in the area sell them though.

I have a kershaw, and I like it. But I dont see much benefit b/c spyderco's can be opened quickly and easily anyway. Two drawbacks are that if you arent carefull opening it the blade will pop open and your thumb will still be moving toward the open blade, and I have seen kershaws that after time ...

improve

The only thing I dont like about any of my knives is that my delica only has one screw holding the clip in place. It comes loose, and moves back and forth. I wish they all had three screws.

up or down

I like tip down better. I like it because when I pull it out my thumb is closer to the hole that way. Personally I can open it quicker and more comfortable that way. Also it has already been mentioned, but the spyder-drop is a lot easier that way. That is a very fast way to open a knife.

New to forum

I am new to the forum, I have a friend on here who kept asking me when I was gonna get on here, so I finally did it. He gave me the name, after I bought my military. I have been a fan of spyderco for about 3 years now, my first was a delica, then later on I bought an endura, and my latest was the ...
