Any idea how many Gen 3 endura waves were made?

Looking for some info on the gen 3 endura wave! How many were made & what can one expect to pay for one on the secondary market if a nib one can be found today?

I would love to get a handle etc... to complete this blade ,but am pretty sure it would be near impossible as the "Q" has not been produced for such a long time!!!
