My first Spyderco had the FRN clip which caught on a door frame and snapped off. I lost the knife later that same day.

I had one of the original Tuffram Crickets many, many moons ago but sold it like a dummy. The little FRN one is staying with me for the long haul...

As most of you probably know, the way most manufacturers handle distribution of autos is direct sales to law enforcement officers and active duty military (usually require letter on department letterhead stating that the purchaser is active duty LEO or military and willl use the blade on duty, etc ...

Anything big planned for SHOT Show? Should I bring two bags or three to carry some Spydies home in?

I would have to vote for the Endura. It's the Glock of the knife world. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

I have to be honest. I didn't like what I saw when looking at pics online. I have carried an old school Endura for so long I was more than a little biased. All the pics I saw also seemed to make the E4 look too thick and round in the scales. Well, I just got my green E4 in from NGK today and I have ...

I don't know but I'd like to see what Spyderco could come up with.

Benchmade autos don't do a thing for me.

I ordered a new Endura in the green color from NGK last night. Shipped today, so they have them back in stock for a while.

Bleach is alkaline not acid. Chlorine bleach is sodium hypochlorite, if you let it sit uncapped out in the sun for a few weeks it turns to plain old salt water. It's an oxidizer and that's what causes the issues with rust.

My Police model. Given to me by my wife after my crossover academy and carried on duty for many years. After being sent back to Spyderco for a new clip, screws, sharpening etc...it is now retired to the safe. The sentimental value is just too high to carry it anymore.

The pic of Simona's etched Dodo was all the reason I needed to buy one. I carry mine quite a bit now and find it to be one of the most ergonomic knives I own.


Now that I think about it, I need a backup Dodo.

I just found the Delica on WalMart's website for sale. The price is actually higher than many other dealers. Is this an error or are other models going to be sold in store as well?

Judging from the posts on this and every other knife board I'm a member of, as well as every firearm and LEO board, Spyderco will have to do another trial run with WalMart to get a true account of actual sales. I think all of this run has been purchased by ravenous knuts! :D
