Yep, this was a great review mark greenman, no doubt about it. You have supported your preference very well. And the Ayoob is a classic, feels great in my hand, feels great in pocket with it's thin profile, and certainly stands out in a crowd which it really did when it was initially introduced many...

While the ffg one is real sweet, that black 'n orange combo is indeed enviably bad-ass!

G-10 is nice...maybe something a little different though...How 'bout a real dark blue or blue/black? (The blue hue could be a nod to the fact the knife is designed by an officer of the law). Well mechnik, Spyderco has the best serrations i've ever used and are world renowned for them too. I am debating which edge type to get on my Salt folder and i'm gonna have a heck of a time not picking spyderedge :spyder: !

Combo edge Pro Grip...took a beating and still works fine...but he's retired from active duty.

Got a couple of red and black ones myself and they've been going strong for about five years now.
They will slice through anything you need a spyderedge to slice through.

Yes npueppke, it's where the the swedge ends and yes i do believe it's an illusion, but i just thought i would ask if this is something new. :)

...uh, what i mean is, when viewed from the side there is what appears to be a slight hump or angled bit three quarters down the spine toward the point. The spine is still smooth all the way down, but the swedge grind makes it appear to be a little more steeper angled heading toward the tip. My ques...
