No..try it out and let us all know how it works and the weight difference. STR did a awesome TI handle on a Goddard..gets me thinking about it too.

It works great! Saved me many times..just hold upside down and squeeze closed! My buddy is a beer snob so a lot his fancy bottles need an opener -- it really comes in handy. :)

Ok guys..I waited forever for the Endura 4 Wave but like the linerless 1st run with the Gray Clip much better. Anyone have one(or two, or three!) or knows someone whose selling-trading? I I have a plain Ayoob and serial # Stretch..but dont know what they go for now

Good idea CobraJoe! Funny thing is the Ti ATR and Waved Endura are my two favorites...it would be neat to combine them..that way they could be taken off for those who didnt like the features.

Hey Peacefuljeffrey, When the ATR TI came out I was a little hesitant :eek: at ave price of $175..Then I read a post between you and Sal on BF just by accident. Lucky for me ..because based on Sals' post I realized how much work went into each knife compared to many Custom $400 knives I had held and...

I hope so JaM...I would love a smaller Sharpmaker. A G Russell makes a set with only a single 30* angle but it has rough diamond and medium ceramic 4" round rods...a Byrd "field shapener" of similar size tirangle stones with 2 or 3 angles and without the rattle would suit me well!

:rolleyes: Either a lockback..or the rolling lock..any new hi tec super strong lock other than a liner lock...most liners have failed on me.

I hope that Spyderco does come out with a knife using the Rolling Lock..its incredibly strong, easy to use and seems to be easily adaptable to most knives. A large powerful drop point would fill a niche. It seems that Benhmade and :spyder: have a good wrking relationship..besides I remeber something...

You could bead or sandblast the blade for a non reflective finish...easy enough to switch to a black clip. Since the new model 4's can be taken apart you could send the blade to be black TiNi coated....Ive seen a few aftermarket custom coatings on :spyder: 's but maybe someone else knows where or wh...
