As a member who has yet to experience ZDP-189, I'm curious about something - What is your guys' experience sharpening ZDP on the Sharpmaker?

Sure I would, although I wouldn’t be too upset if I couldn’t. I mean, I like the steel but I don’t put it in the same league with, say, s30v.

I received my digi-cam Para-1 today! I must say, I am much more :spyder: impressed :spyder: than I thought I would be with the scales on this baby. I’ll post some pics of it when I get a chance.

With regards to the poll question: “The lock was difficult when I first got it, it has loosed up over time”, how much looser are you guys (7 voted this way thus far) talking about? I guess I’m asking b/c this question is a bit vague (I know it was meant to be) and I would like to know more ...

Do you prefer Digi-cam, or black handle's? My Para-1 w/ digi-cam is on its way to me from NGK so I can’t say if I like it better than my black handled Para-1.

What is the ‘draw’ to digi-cam handles?
