Andre, what sort of pistol is that you have? I don't think I've ever seen one before.

Hey, great pics!

Were you on the roof of a building or something? Don't drop those knives!

I'll ask if I know the person. Unfortunately, the last time I asked the knife was a Spydie knock-off. "$6.95. Pretty good deal, huh?" I just smiled.

I just got my chinook II yesterday and I am loving it! It is a heavy chunk of steel, but it is pretty comfortable for me to carry. It seems that even the heavy Spydercos are relatively thin and flat, which helps. As said before, the ergos are incredible. It just feels made for your hand in any grip ...

WORKER#9 wrote:I like big folders, dont carry them much but they do look so nice!
Yeah they do :) I guess I'll save this CS for when I want to pull a "Crocodile Dundee" and stick to my Endura for day to day carry. That's a great pic, by the way :D

Oh, I guess I should have clarified. Big fixed blades have their places. I was wondering about folders. This CS X2 Voyager is almost ridiculous like big. I'm thinking a Millie would be more EDC friendly. I think the Camillus Mad Maxx is like 6" or 7" (blade length). And the SOG Pentagon II has a 5 ...

When is big too big?

I just got the other day a Cold Steel X2 Voyager, mostly out of curiosity. Man, that thing is huge! It's almost like a joke knife, it's so big. I can't really imagine carrying it around, even in legal places, because I'd probably just carry a fixed blade. But still, it's kinda cool...

I'm not ...

Hi, Worker #9! I have that same sheath and I love it. I'm glad I got that one instead of the 'tubed' version. I haven't worn it on the neck yet, but I thought I might, but with the cord going through a couple of the higher holes so it doesn't turn around and using a ball chain in case it gets caught ...

Hi Glockintosh - Based on the picture in your post which I believe to be of Massad Ajoob, I assumpted that it was him who was engaged in this specific post discribing the knife designed by him.
Alas....., not him but you and still a very underrated knife with excellent potential as a collectors ...

But curious as to who you were thinking of!

Glad you got your knife back!

Geez, though. Yeah, most folders can open if you flick it hard enough, but that's not the intent of the design. I hardly ever cross the border, but if I ever do, this leads me to wonder which knife will I bring that won't get me in trouble and that I won't mind losing.

Glad you got your knife back ...

I'd love to get one of those! Problem is, being discontinued, I'd never carry because I wouldn't want anything to happen to it. But, man, that's nice :D

I hear ya. A little Dragonfly followed me home today. I was out shopping for birthday gifts for my sis and I got her a Jester. I thought she might like something so little. I should have got one for myself too.
