Does collector's # affect value?

Howdy,

What do you think, does a knife with a Spyderco Collector's Number printed on it affect it's value?

Curiously,

Anniversary Sportster, sure is fun. I've ridden since I was eight.

Zrexxer, you must be alright if you like Guy Clark <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> .

204vs.VeryDullKnife

Howdy,

How do you go about sharpening a very dull knife, ex. kitchen knife unsharpened for two years, with the 204? Is it possible in a reasonable amount of time?

Thanks for your input.

Daga,
The SS Police is an excellent knife in my opinion. It comes out of the pocket or waistband easily, good-sized blade, and very solid feeling. I also like that the handle is long enough to not be consumed by my hand.
It is a classic by most people's definiton.

John,
The military is an excellent knife. I prefer the plain edge because I am more adept at sharpening it. In the same breath, I own a serrated Military and keep meaning to try it out more, I know that it is an excellent tool. Old habits are hard to break.

Howdy, Butterfly knives- I really don't need one. However, it might be fun to have one for around the house chores/fun. I don't watch the forum religously. The best I recall, Sal said in November(?) that they were working on prototypes. I am sure this must be a long process, but I am curious if ther...

Pachuko, 1/27-2/6 is about 2 weeks. You may want to make sure they have your right address. Of course, any time they aren't repyling to your e-mails is a bad sign. If you don't recieve the knife, you should have some recourse through your credit card company. This is merely my opinion. Good luck, stu
