I used to store in spyderpacs but found it would limit my EDC rotation to a few knives, so my wife found this cabinet for me and put it in my study and now its much easier to select and go :-)

carried mine in the sandbox for maybe 2 months, brought it home to the UK and put it in the draw for maybe 3 weeks

took it out the other day and i had some tinny rust spots on it so it will not be going back in my rig when i go back out to work

i am in the sand box myself and i carry a mili FG D2 big enough to be useful and light enough that i dont know its there

on thing i will say that if you are thinking about a metal handled knife i.e.

i carry a para military as the regular milly is to big for my needs and hands

i believe it was that good a knife that i have 2 now P and SE and will even get another if a run in green g10 happens as some have asked for

i wouldnt consider any metal handled knife where i am as in the summer ...

no choice really if i want to stay legal ;) in the UK
but i am lucky Sal designed such a good knife for the uk market as i would probaly carry it anyway
has everything i need at the right size

i have both and have used them quite a bit

i prefere the ukpk

not just because i live in the uk and can carry it legely but for the purpose i use them for i like being able to close it with out have to disengage a lock

i find the notch joint stiff enough to feel safe and also i am a fan of s30v ...

We have not abandoned the Lil' Temperance. The design has been refined. It's a little thinner (Sorry, Westfork). The bumps have been smoothed to permit more grip potential.

The model was disco'd for lack of a good maker. We had planned to make it in Golden, but we're pretty busy right now.

Where else can you get a nice premium steel like VG-10, full steel liners and all screw construction all for about $45?

That's just insane good value. :)

another vote for the D4 here at $45 its a steel and more knife than most poeple will need

i am easy pleased we cant have a tasman with a D4 handle as it will not be rust prof with the liners not being H1

so realease an updated merlin VG-10 D4 handle :D

The foliage green G-10 is custom made for us.

It looks like David is trying to "force" us to make a foliage green G-10 Paramilitary. :p

just got a small spyderpac today and it has 18 compartments ??

this and the end folding straps make it look diffrent from the one in the spyderco site

does anyone know if they have changed ?

just want to make sure i havent got a knock off
