I sold a Blanchard Eagle on ebay no reserve like 5 years ago and it sold for 40 dollars. It made me sick because I paid 120. But my own fault for not putting a reserve. Oh well.

I have not handled the other knives, but from my experience with the Para 2 it is one of the single finest production knives ever made. Spyderco hit one out of the park with the Para 2. I have Digicamo black blade PE and I love it. :)

I always loved the Lil Temp. I carried 2 of them until they needed to be retired. My 2 beefs with the Original design were pivot strength and handle play. I saw after about 6 months of heavy use the pivot began to get loose and the handle could kind of get loose with it and this would lead to blade ...

I liked the original Mule concept. I never bought one as I have tried a lot of steels over the years and find for my meager uses anything with a good heat treat will work. I will say that all the Mules I have seen on the secondary market have had some really nice handles put on them by end users and...

I hoard and then I purge. I have hoarded hundreds of knives in my life. I have about 30 or so hoarded right now total, five or so of them Spydercos. :D

But it is your money do what you will with it. I like seeing a good hoard of knives so hats off to the guys with the museum level collections!!! :)

What a perfect Spyder.

Thin, light sharp. This is my favorite production knife right now. Perfect lock up and incredible build qaulity. Cuts through denim blue jeans like butter.

Or is that possible.
I'd be interested to know!
thanks regards,SSB :spyder:
I just spray my diamond rods with water when I am using them and this works fine for me. Besides using the stones wet I do not clean them.

Don't waste your money and buy twice. First you buy the cheap sharpener... it sucks and it does not work... Then you buy a Sharpmaker and it works... true cost higher than just buying a Sharpmaker in the first place. My advice is buy a Sharpmaker and get the extra Diamond stones instead of wasting m...
