Schempp Tuff clone is out, not yet marked as SPYDERCO

9cr18mov steel
G10 with liner
titanium framelock

marketed as "steelclaw" already available in a certain russian online shop.

These may later pop up marked as genuine spyderco product, so watch out what you are buying.

I think purpose of this topic is to inform people to be aware and cautious in existence of fake models. Fake Millie comes in three color variations. http://cnccw.com/pic/20135/DSC_9266.jpg http://cnccw.com/pic/20135/DSC_9281.jpg http://cnccw.com/pic/20135/DSC_9267.jpg http://cnccw.com/pic/20135/DSC_...

They already sell a sterile model in chinese D2 steel /9cr18mov/ but that is probably another maker, due the massive screws. The black looks diff. and more 'real'. Unfortunately I have only pics, I do not plan to buy any of these to examine. http://i01.i.aliimg.com/img/pb/509/637/581/581637509_366.j...

In EU you can already fly with blades under 6cm and no corkscrew on the knife. However most places still pretend to be anti any sharp object on board. Source> http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=CELEX:32010R0185:EN:NOT press CTRL F and search for "knife" in the text.

I am curious on how the new Victorinox will be in hand. But I dont see it to be too simillar to the Cento. My favourite Victorinox is probably the limited OH Tracker.

Enlan/Bee EL01 is an excellent folder. Hard to beat for the price it goes around. I have a full black /blade and handle/ variant and I carry it from time to time. Very solid, very well done, and I admit it has a certain RJ Martin flavour..

I do NOT encourage any person /woman nor man/ to carry a knife for SD if the person is not mentally able to USE a knife as weapon and has no proper training in bladed self defense. I suggest to carry an OC spray, kubotan or a firearm better, if that is possible in your country or jurisdiction.

6,7 and 8 cover pretty much most of the spydercos.. Very much the P3, although I cannot tell you what size is what now, I think 8 is pivot, the rest is 6 or/and 7.
