Re: Let's Get Serious: G-10 Handles Are Just Hard To Beat For EDC uses

I find it extremely hard to understand why just a mere ounce or so of weight could be a hinderance to any healthy average sized man. I hope you are not assuming that women don't buy and use Spyderco knives? ;-) Anyway, it's not always the weight of the knife that's the issue, sometimes it's the wei...

Re: Your Delica 5

I really like my Blue Delica 4. The strong tip is great.
My suggestions for a successor would include; Pink G10, Blue anodised deep carry wire clip, better steel (S30V?), finger choil

Re: Do most of us need larger knives?

Whether I need a larger knife or not is largely irrelevant. Women's jeans pockets are simply too shallow for any folding knive that carries deeper than about 10 centimeters (4 inches ?)... Tried IWB? Yes. I experimented a bit. It turned out to be very uncomfortable when combined with any of my more...

Re: Delica 4 and Endura 4 without Sal's marking

Hi Archangel, I designed the models before I was adding my tag. Just haven't got around to adding it. There are quite a few of my designs that I haven't added my tag. Do you think I should? sal Yes. According to the principles of CQI as I understand them, you should. I might even buy an Endura to c...

Re: What do you want to see more of from Spyderco?

I would really like to see how Spyderco's innovative approach regarding materials and ergonomics would transform a largely traditional tool such as a small axe. Don't get me wrong, I love my Gränsfors Bruks axes (e.g. https://www.gransforsbruk.com/en/product/gransfors-small-forest-axe/) and I use th...

Re: Blade Magazine knife show Spyderco name tag

As it's exactly 4635 miles as the crow flies between where I live and the Blade show, I doubt if I'll ever make it. I surely like the idea of a Spyderco name badge though, even though I'm a new member here. Of course I'd be willing to pay for it as well.

Great idea!
