Re: Covid-19 vaccination starting (UK)

When you say censorship, that implies there is someone controlling that. Who do you think that is and what do you think their motive is? Motive? I'm not going to get banned on Spyderco Forums telling you what I really think about Twitter and Facebook but I'll give you two examples instead. I lost m...

Re: Does Spyderco Have a Knife w a Glass Breaker?

I keep one in my center console. The SALT model is H1 and just $15 more. Mine is VG 10 which considering how little I use it day to day is fine. It’s really just there for emergencies. Exactly. That is all that I plan to use it for. I'll get the H1 model because it is going to sit in the car for a ...

Re: What is your dream car if you had unlimited money?

I need a Ford Raptor for the Winter, a new Corvette for the Summer, a hard core dirt bike, and a GSX-R750 at a minimum.

Re: Reveal 7, a what now?

I'm almost 100% certain I'm getting two Spyderco knives on the 4th of next month. Spyderco Assist H1, and Blacked out Yojumbo.

I keep praying that there are plans to release the Yojumbo in 20CV. THAT is the knife to EDC.

Re: German Made Stuff: Quality Superb

60's and 70's cars are great. If I would have left the girls stay at home and spent my money on accumulating muscle cars, I'd be a multi millionaire right now.

I'm a noob when it comes to mules, how do I get one?

The S45VN version has not been released yet has it?
They are sold through Spyderco's site and store only, I believe.
OK, thank you.

Re: Does Spyderco Have a Knife w a Glass Breaker?

Hi Naperville, We broke a lot of windows to refine the Carbide glass breaker. The type of carbide, shape of the tip all mattered. We made it retractable because we found that glass breakers just "stuck" on the end of the handle were uncomfortable when exposed and brushed with a hand. sal Thanks Sal...

Does Spyderco Have a Knife w a Glass Breaker?

I was thinking about buying a Spyderco knife for the glove box that was made in H1 steel and serrated. The Spyderco Assist Salt H-1 Knife Yellow FRN (3.69" Satin Serr) C79PSYL looks good for cutting a seat belt, but there is no glass breaker on the tail of it. Does Spyderco make such a knife? Lookin...

Re: Covid-19 vaccination starting (UK)

I'm 60(recent open heart surgery), my mom is 80. We are both going to get the initial vaccine shot(s) and pray that it does not maim or kill us. I'm a bit shocked and amazed that you will still go ahead and take it then,..I'll pray for you too. Personally there's no way that I'll take it, even if t...

Re: Covid-19 vaccination starting (UK)

4,400 people died from COVID-19 on Tuesday, an all-time record. Everyone in my family will take a vaccine, bring em on! Here in the UK at least, no one is dying from heart attacks or cancer for example any more, even if you get hit by a bus, they are reporting it as 'COVID' within 28 days of positi...

Re: As a fan, it's sad Spyderco isn't adressing the slysz bowie problem.

I have never understood why people get upset at a company for not making what they want. IMHO Spyderco is one of the most reputable companies out there and I feel they walk the most difficult line (with success) between making money and making customers happy. As many of others have mentioned here ...

Re: As a fan, it's sad Spyderco isn't adressing the slysz bowie problem.

Shame on Chevrolet not to make the '68 Camaro. I didn't have the money to buy one back then (i was just 7 years old) but with the prices they demand today from ruthless scalpers i think it is long overdue that Chevrolet make a re-run.. Did you know that GM and Ford make hundreds if not thousands of...

Anyone know if Blade HQ notifies people quickly when you sign up for a knife notification? I signed up to be notified for both. I'll dye the scales black. This is really a sharp looking blade and I really like it. I'm broke, but you only go around once! Yes they do but if you miss the in stock noti...

The Chinook is good looking. The blade is almost 3.9 inches long.

I prefer the Yojimbo.
