Sal really needs to see if this is a prototype Police or not. The scales and blade appear to be a laminated steel, if my monitor is accurate? This would be a red flag alone. The clip is strange, and the pivot is a removable one... I am thinking that it might be a "liberated" proto that Sal might be ...
