For me K390 on Caly3/UKPK/Dragonfly/PM2.
I have the Urban K390 and it's a little jewel.
In the past I always avoided carbon steel because of the manteniance but nowadays I'd like to have the choice for each model of knife between stainless or carbon steel :)

Personally I avoid the pivot to enter in contact with water always , specially in the case of carbon steel. Fully agree! Almost all but D2 that in my opinion is the worst steel ever used in cutlery.

I'd love to have a carbon series so go on with M4, 52100, super blue, A2, maxamet, 3v etc.
At least M 390 for the stainless aficionados.

Zdp has 3% carbon and 20% cromium
