That is nice. Really like the more acute tip.
Did you grind the serrations down to a symmetrical ’v’ and then make the new bevel?

Re: Thinnest functional bladestock for a general use folder
If you all could see the knife Eric handed me at Blade Show, you'd see how thin they can push it. Think Opinel thin. Surely, Nick, you can tell a bit more, like how long the blade? As I recall, Delica sized, maybe a little smaller. Slim profile, weighed almost nothing. Could this be the ‘Edgerati’ ...

Re: Time for new models?
Another name suggestion.
The Hoatzin is a South American bird whose chicks have two claws on each wing that enable them to move around and grip branches. There’s speculation that they are a descendant of the Archaeopteryx.
Could be the name of a double bladed hawksbill, one PE one SE, for example.![wink ;)](./images/smilies/winking-face.png)

Re: Not enough appreciation
For my hand size the Pingo is gripped like a choil-less Dragonfly. With the index finger on the ricasso gimping second and ring fingers in the hollow and pinky on the tail swell. There is slightly more real estate on the scales of the Pingo. (They are slightly deeper top to bottom and the rear swell...

Starting with a Harrier 2, unsure as yet which edge to go for although I already have a PE Delica Wharncliffe, so probably... both

Re: Not enough appreciation
I have one in orange, like everything about it. Such a useful size and shape. It always gets positive remarks from colleagues who don’t normally notice knives. Spyderco slip-joints , especially those designed by Sal, seem to be more cohesive designs than their competitors. Something I’ve often wonde...

Re: Heron by Chad Kelly ... collab?
Have you considered making a fixed blade with the Piute silhouette? It’s such a nice looking knife. Thank you. The Piute is originally derived from my first compact fixed EDC design I call the Tolokot. https://i.imgur.com/CIA7KFAl.jpg https://i.imgur.com/Lp67U0b.jpg But I was never quite happy with...

Re: Spyderco sebenza/hinderer love child.
Call me stubborn, I just refuse to buy a knife that uses a thumb stud. I don't care if they still work, I don't care if a hole weakens the blade. I like what I like and for the price of those brands I refuse to compromise. Like I just said in another thread, when CRK make a Sebenza with a proper th...

Re: *Shipping to Australia & New Zealand Suspended*
Hi Kristi, thanks for the heads up! I have previously used YouShop, the New Zealand Post Office's forwarding service, but recently their shippers are refusing to transport knives. I had an email back and forth with one of their rep’s about this as you can imagine … It seems there is nothing YouShop ...
