Re: How to turn a Delica into a $350+ knife.

Now, you just need to have the handles milled out for inlay w/ a bolster... Hehe. :D I'll probably hold off on the bolster, but I'm actually currently looking for someone to do some custom milling/inlay work for it. Harder to find than I was expecting, lol. Welcome to my world, haha. The bolsters a...

Thanks for the solid feedback Sharkfisher. And thanks for the prompt response Sal. This is how products evolve and improve! The LC200N steel is really the holy grail of knife steels. You and I are going to be good friends! :D I tell everyone. But you should really give the Caribbean a try. It is ba...

Re: Blade HQ customer service

Just as a shoutout, the guys at Blade HQ went above and beyond to help me snag a Copper PM2.

I didn't end up getting one. But, that was due to health complications on my end and had nothing to do with them. A+ for effort.

Re: C-60 Ayoob Campaign: No I Won't Shut Up

Oh sure thing :) First off the slender, elongated design makes for very versatile work in tight places. Second the hollow grind actually makes kind of ideal for an outdoor/skinning type knife. I even sold one to a guy I was working with back in 2012 and he wanted a hunter-folder at the time. I trie...

Are these stones like the stones used in the Gauntlet?
Same shape, but I think they are longer rods.

Re: C-60 Ayoob Campaign: No I Won't Shut Up

ooh I've just looked it up and now I want one. This desperately needs modern update, 20cv and a comp lock perhaps? Comon sal! Im fine with a steel change, but keep the design the same. Large, no choil, backlock. I'm usually a proponent of the compression lock. But, on this one, I'm going to have to...

Realistically I'd probably buy one of each edge type, but I would be extremely let down if PE were the only option.
Honestly, if there was only one edge type, I'd rather it be SE on this one.

Re: Endela or Manix 2?

I have never seen an Endela, much less held one, and now the Rock Jumper is coming. But, as much as I love, I mean, love the Manix 2 LW and Backlock, I have put an Endela in my cart, taken it out, and put it back a dozen or more times. I think it would carry nice and slim and I love Spyderco's mid ...

1. Ægir: Really like the wave pattern.

2. Gysinge: Slightly beat out Hakkapella for this spot
(it would look epic on a Kris)

3. Vinland: Looks like every other damascus pattern coming out of Seki. Doesn't wow me.
Fixed it.

Re: Damasteel UK Penknife UKPK - DAMASTEEL PATTERN

I think your chart is a bit flawed. I saw Ægir as first or second on several posts(including my own(and yours) I'm still out, as I'm not interested in the handle choice. But, I don't want to see poorly compiled data, regardless. While you are correct in that you put it as first, you put nothing in ...
