Re: AFI Performance Flash Batch

Personally, I would want the Baby Horn as my AFI knife.
(or the Caribbean)

But, I feel the Kapara screams for a trip through Sal's workshop. Turn it into a monster.

Re: BladeHQ M4 Jade Dodo

I dreamt of this knife last night... Oh, how I hate the BBL. But, the Dodo... I love it! Seriously, this is the one knife I will break my C/BBL rule for. I will have one and it will be glorious! The handle fits my hand like a glove and the blade was designed to WORK. Even in closing the BBL, the cur...

Re: What did you use your Spyderco for last?

... So there is atleast one Spyderco in the post, here's a picture of it and one of the guns I'm taking out shooting today. That is just awesome... looks almost like a baby colt .45! lonerider Colt and CZ had a baby(CZ 40B). Colt then ran away. That baby got into a knife fight with a Spyderco and c...

Mantra Magnification

I found an old lighted magnifier of mine and started working on my sharpening game. Which, is ten times better thanks to the magnification! Anyways! After sharpening a few blades, I turned the magnifier over to my Mantra 1. I have never sharpened it, other than a handful of passes across the fine tr...

Re: What did you use your Spyderco for last?

I used my Caribbean to cut some twine to make a quick trellis to hold up my racist blackberry bush. The fruit were getting heavy and too close to the ground. https://i.ibb.co/YhVn65D/20190607-135821.jpg Also, I cut a rose off and gave it to my daughter. It isn't producing a lot, but the few it grows...

Did someone say "rubbish" micarta handles? Made out of chopped up cloth scraps and resin!

The handles would look like carpet pad, lol!

Re: Would anyone else have interest in a Spyderco fillet knife?

I am patiently waiting on them to make a Catcherman in PE LC200N. I would take an LC200N filet knife, too! As far as serrated goes, it's good to have a serrated knife close by, but PE is perfect for 99% of my fish cleaning needs. On a side note, I recently got to test drive an SE Caribbean. It was f...

Re: Spyderco Small Knife For Self Defense?

The answer has already been given. The Swick is the best of the small defence knives made by Spyderco. The finger hole makes it near impossible to be taken and with no clip it disappears into any pocket. That said, I prefer the micarta Street Beat. It's small enough to be concealed, has a very secur...

Re: Why put liners in the Delica?

Just curious, what do you guys do that require so much corrosion resistance? I like corrosion resistance due to the environment I live in. It wasn't a big deal in Arizona, but here in banjo-music country it is a very big deal. It's also for reliability and peace of mind. I don't have to worry about ...

I have a few formidable Military sprints. Good luck to the challenger to the throne... No contest. :) +1. I was really excited when I saw these presented. I thought FINALLY A KILLER KITCHEN KNIFE at a good price.
Then I noticed the size.
Coulda been a massive hit if they were twice the length. But for €3 in Europe you get l can get basically the same with Victorinox.

Chief 100%

I do like the Military with the frame lock, but it still can't match the Chief's ergonomics and superior lock.

Re: Knife rules for N. Carolina?

I don't know that I've ever actually looked at knife laws... I just carry my knife like I always would and I've never had any trouble. Come to think of it, the only time I have ever had a comment about my knife was around 6 months ago in Rochester, NY. A police officer complemented my knife at a don...

Re: Why put liners in the Delica?

Hi SEF, We use LC liners in the Caribbean models, but it does increase the cost. Sal Do you know what the exact upcharge is? It can't be too much, the knife is only $165. Which is a bargain for what you get. Thanks again for producing such a fantastic knife, I truly feel that this is your greatest ...
