A tri-angle sharpener,in two minutes my SE salt1 was probably sharper than new.

No, fast action is not the only thing i care about,buy it's certainly a lot of fun to close and open a folder that is smooth like butter,this one is not as loud on locking as my spyderco so i can play a lot longer before my wife yell STOPPP ITTT!!! :D
Btw,i think this knife is beautifull

On tybee island GA i bought a 940 ,this thing,with the flick of the wrist,open so fast,it's ligtning fast,what do you guys think would challenge this knife in the spyderco line up?i am in the south of usa for the winter there are so many stores selling knife(compare to québec)i am going to go back h...

I compare with a salt1 and a dragonfly2 and only half way into opening(the second half) it fells gritty

Hi all, the native i just got is stiff on opening when the blade is at 90 degree from the knife.
I tool it apart,everything looks Nice and smooth,i played with the torque of the pivot screw,the point where it gets good is the point where the blade is too loose.
Any advise would be welcome.

Thanks Vivi for the sharpening advise,with that salt,i don't edc my g10 native anymore,i think the lighter the better is my way to go

I don't have a choice,it's the only 3 spyderco i have FOR NOW!!!

There is H1 that changes color when you move the blade,this knife is practicaly in new condition,fell very solid,no play anywhere,impressive for a knife that old

Sorry,i'm gonna have to figure out how the picture posting works,i am not a computer person,it says salt1 on the handle only.

The knife is full serrated with a rivet for the pivot,i like it a lot for edc.
How old can that knife be?

Hi everybody,i just bought my first spyderco,a native5,i just love this thing.
This winter i am driving my vr down south,i am wondering if i can get in trouble with the law if i carry it clipped in my pocket.
