Re: VTOKU Sprint Run
Just stumbled across this sprint this morning while I was enjoying a cup of tea. Curious about this one, my only steel experiences thus far have have been vg-10, S30v, and CMP-154. Oh and 1095.. Not sure how this would stack up compared to any of those though. Not having used it yet obviously, I wo...

Re: 2.5 inch Native at Blade!
I saw in a video a bit of the choil sticks up by the lock when closed, you can see it in a photo above too. Does it interfere with closing as much as the YouTube reviewed said? I'm thinking if it was a big deal spyderco would have taken care of it in prototyping.

Re: Something new is coming soon.
They posted the blade picture on Instagram as well. I'm definitely excited for it, but I'd really like to see a regular native with that comp lock

Why the s110v over s35vn?ZrowsN1s wrote:S110v Native LW. Good steel, good ergos, true ambidextrous opening/closing and lock, and very light weight.

Re: Seeking an EDC recommendation
Currently leaving more towards a native 5 lightweight if the manix was a hair smaller I'd go that route. My pm2 stays at home often due to its size.

Hadn't really considered the manix 2 but the lightweight caught my eye a bit.. Man this is going to be tough.

Re: Seeking an EDC recommendation
Welcome to the forum. Does the knife have to lock? If not, take a good look at the Urban LW. It is a great knife. I am a Delica lover and I really like the Urban Light Weight. The is a new Chaparral with FRN coming out, maybe the end of the month or a bit later. It is very light in weight and is a ...

Re: Seeking an EDC recommendation
If you like the Delica and you apparently do which is good because it is an ideal and affordable EDC blade then there are two recommendations I can throw your way. First and foremost I would say that a Golden, Colorado USA made NATIVE model would be my first pick for that blade size range. Second I...

Re: Seeking an EDC recommendation
The native 5 lightweight has caught my eye certainly, as have most of the options everyone has been kind enough to give. The para3 certainly seems logical, especially with a deep carry clip.. I think really I could be happy with any number of them. I go back and forth everyday. I have much thinking ...

Seeking an EDC recommendation
Hey all, Long time lurker first time poster. I'm thinking about treating myself to a new EDC for Christmas, and I'm on the fence. Hoping to get some advice here to help focus my thoughts. My long tike EDC has been a green ffg delica 4, and I love it, adore it really. The problem is I like it too muc...
